**Club Accounting and Tax Issues - CPE

Mitchell L. Stump, CPA and author of the award winning publication Club Tax Book, will lead an interactive discussion on accounting and federal tax issues facing the Private Club Industry. Clubs are under attack from all directions and Club Industry Professionals must understand the unique rules that apply to compete in the current economy.

These seminars are designed for individuals of all levels of knowledge and no prerequisites or advanced preparation is required. Club Managers, Controllers, Marketing Directors, Treasurers, outside CPA's attorneys and other professionals will benefit from attending. These seminars are by invitation only.

Registration Fee: $250/person per 8 hours; $225/person for 2+ from same Club/Firm (including lunch). 

Space may be limited.

Continuing Education Credits provided for the following professionals:

Club Managers: This seminar meets the requirements of 6 hours of “other” credit for CMAA continuing education.

Club Controllers: This seminar meets the requirements of 9.6 CPE points for HFTP CHAE designation education.

Club Attorneys: This seminar may be approved for CLE Credits.

Club’s Outside CPA’s: The group seminar meets the requirements of 8 hours of credit. Registration has been applied for by Mitchell L. Stump, CPA, PA with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
