Instructions for Loading Club Tax Book CD onto Desktop

Make sure to follow these instructions for your Club's Manager and Controller!

1.  Insert Club Tax Book (CTB) in CD ROM drive;

2.  Disk should start automatically;

3.  Close program;

4.  At Desktop, click on My Computer

5.  In the address box drop down list, click on CD ROM drive;

6.  Right click on CTB.pdf;

7.  Click on Send To;

8.  Click on Desktop.

 

To Rename the shortcut

1. Right Click on the Shortcut to CTB icon on your desktop

2.  Click on Rename

3.  Rename Club Tax Book and Click OK

When you receive your quarterly update, don't forget to load it in the same general fashion by replacing the old CTB.pdf with the new.
